Returns: Defective merchandise must be reportedwithin 15 days of receipt. If you wish to return stock merchandise, please submit a customer service request at FTOService@atlaspen.com for shipping instructions. All authorized returns must be shipped back in good condition within 15 days and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom printed products are not returnable.
