Order History: When you make an order from ForTeachersOnly, it is placed in your Order History. You may revisit your previous orders at any time for a quick reference or to Re-Order.
Changing my billing or shipping address: You may change the status of your account at any time by clicking the Your Account button on the upper right hand side of the site. After signing in, choose change billing address and your status will be updated. You may also change your addresses during the checkout process.

Express-Shop: ForTeachersOnly makes it extremely easy to order items online. Just click the Express-Shop button on the left of the page which takes you to the Express-Shop form. Returns: Defective merchandise must be reportedwithin 15 days of receipt. If you wish to return stock merchandise, please submit a customer service request at FTOService@atlaspen.com for shipping instructions. All authorized returns must be shipped back in good condition within 15 days and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom printed products are not returnable.
Credit Card: We currently accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may contact customer service if you wish to pay with American Express. Please note that there is a pre-authorization hold put on your card to ensure the card is valid. This charge falls off in five business days and you are not actually billed until your products ship.
